The BLT Network is primarily built on the experiences and expertise of educators in Northamptonshire and beyond. Its success and ongoing sustainability relies on the willingness of its members to contribute their own ideas and learning.
The simple power of sharing an idea is summed up by George Bernard Shaw:
If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.
That simple power is the fuel of the Northants BLT.
